Here is my green smoothie recipe. I have this nutritious green smoothie pretty much every day as a snack to get more fruit and vegetables into my diet. You can make it into a full meal by adding some oats and some protein if you like as well.
It's packed with loads of nutrients and vitamins and the avocado adds some creaminess and polyunsaturated fats.
Good nutrition is a key part in feeling full of energy and having clear and healthy looking skin.
