My weight loss journey began January 29, 2019 after I came to the realization that it is 90% mental and began to work on how I view food and ultimately my physical health and looks.
To kick off 2020 I completed a 30 day water fast. Now I will continue the Fasting Gauntlet until I reach 200 lbs. I am aiming for Extreme Weight Loss by way of Ketosis, Intermittent Fasting, Water Fasting, Prayer for willpower, strength, and understanding of proper nutrition and dieting.
I started off at 475lbs/215kg in January 2019. I did meal prep and home cooked meals mostly. Then from 4/1/19 - 2/1/20 (10 months) I lost 150bs/68kg with Keto and Intermittent Fasting combined with Extended Water Fasting. When I reach 200 lbs I plan to undergo skin removal surgery. My goal weight is 155lbs/70kg. Then I plan to build my way up to 180 lbs with Strength Training, HIIT, and light cardio. Join me on my journey.
