These are Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Oil Free and Delish! The beauty of these are that you can sub in whatever you like, coconut shreds, vegan dark chocolate, any nuts or seeds you enjoy. If you have a sweeter tooth, use riper bananas and you can add maple syrup or if you are trying to keep your glycemic levels in check cook with granulated Monk Fruit (no fat, no calories and no affect on the body's glycemic levels). ENJOY! And please let me know if you try these and what variations you use
In one bowl:
3 cups of organic dry oats-I like the Thick Cut
1/2 cup of organic raisins (more or less depending on your taste)
1/2 cup of organic dried cherries (again, more or less depending on your taste)
1/4 cup organic raw pumpkin seeds and or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup organic almonds (crush them first)
2-3 teaspoons of organic cocao powder
1/4 cup hot water
dash of cayenne (if desired)
dash of Himalayan Salt (If desired)

in bullet, food processor, or Ninja:
put 1/8-1/4 cup of organic flax, 1/8-1/4 organic chia, 1/8-1/4 cup organic Hemp 3 small ripe organic bananas (more if you like it sweeter) and half cup of hot water in bullet or blender and mix all ingredients together in the bowl

But in tiny muffin tins to make buttons. If you like a sweeter taste you can add monk fruit to the batter as that has no affect on the glycemic index and it also has no calories or fat.
