w/ approx 20g Olive Spread
1 Lactose Free low fat latte
w/ 15g Hazelnut syrup

Meal 2 Overnight Oats
45g Oats
10g Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
140ml Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
80g Blueberries (it any fruit of your choice)

Meal 3
Pork Mince Bolognaise (with mushrooms)
189g Rice
Peas, Corn, Carrot

Snack 1
2 Baked Berry Yogurt Biscuits

2 Thin Corn Cakes

Snack 3 - Salted Caramel Milkshake
