I am not a dietician or nutritionist. This is just works well with my body when I am wanting to lose weight. I personally burn between 2500-3300 calories from working out and every day activities. Therefore, this plan put me at about a 700 +/- caloric deficit. I try to remain at a caloric deficit to lose weight. If I want to maintain my weight, I'll bump my calorie intake to about 2200-2300 per day.
