1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp ground flax
protein powder (2 scoops of the brand i used is equal to 1 of most other ones)
Tahini sauce/dressing: 2 tbsp tahini, juice of half a lemon, Himalayan salt, garlic powder to taste, 3 tbsp water (or more if you want it thinner)
Roasted the sweet potato 35 minutes at 425F flipping halfway through.
Added broccoli 15 minutes in.
